JM Principal, Dr. Wright, has partnered up with OSU to help get our middle school girls interested in a future in engineering and math. He wants the girls of John Marshall to see the bigger picture for their future.

Dr. McCharen connected with the Oklahoma Christian Univ. women engineers program to work with our girls as mentors to see the bigger picture for their future. OCUSA mentors are Brittany Hand, Meredeth Griffin, Teaven Taylor, Gaelle Nsenglynmva, Jenny Tavares, Brittany Simmons, Marine Nizerwa, Dina Imbabazi and Jennifer Evans. Earlier this semester OCUSA hosted our girls for a seminar to see the campus, work directly with their mentors and listen to guest speakers. The girls returned excited and ready to focus even harder on their academics.
